Flat Iron London Bridge – a discreet presence on the street that opens up, tardis-like, to a large restaurant with two distinct spaces. First, the bar – softly lit, with wooden floors, a large central bar surrounded by high stools, and intimate booth-seating. Continue further and you’ll find a secret garden dining room lush with hanging plants and brick walls. Downstairs, we have an elegant private dining room*, which can host up to twelve guests (as well as our most talked about bathrooms!).
*Please note there is no accessible access to the private dining room.
Our London Bridge restaurant sits on Tooley Street, a five minute walk from the Shard, Bermondsey, and Tower Bridge, and fifteen minutes into the heart of the city.

CARCASS CLUB
A very special take on the classic Flat Iron experience, the Carcass Club is a series of a one-off events that gives you the chance to try some of the rarest, most incredible beef out there.
For its return to London Bridge, we are thrilled to be sharing 41 day dry-aged Wagyu from our own herd in Thirsk. The cattle are reared on green Yorkshire pasture under the careful eye of third generation farmer Charles Ashbridge. The animals lead a long, stress-free life, with a special diet of brewer's grains, maize, and molasses, producing a delicious marbled steak.
This Wagyu steer has been aged for 41 days on the bone. Usually, we only age for 21-30 days, so this is a first for us. The extra time ageing should result in more efficient browning, flavour development and nutty sweetness. Every day is a school day for us - we can’t wait to share the results of this test with you.
