We fell in love with a historic building on Deansgate in 2018. 6 years on, we finally moved in and are so excited to be a tiny part of Manchester’s bustling food and drink scene.

The menu at Flat Iron Manchester features all our usual suspects, led by the Flat Iron steak and accompanied by beef dripping chips, creamed spinach and truffled macaroni cheese (to name a few). Perhaps most excitingly, we’ve positioned a custom-built charcoal grill at the back of the restaurant – one of the first things to catch your eye as you enter the restaurant. All specials are finished on the grill, such as our Wagyu Steak of the Day and a Scottish ribeye.

Flat Iron Manchester is located at 200 Deansgate, next door to Spinningfields, and seats 150 guests across two floors. The historic building is Grade II Listed; to celebrate its architectural features and heritage assets, we’ve stripped back the interiors to reveal original parquet flooring and glazed brick walls – a real hidden treasure!
