We took loose inspiration in the design of our new restaurant in Hammersmith from the area’s blacksmith history and folklore; Hammersmith’s name dates from 1294, from ‘Hammer’, ‘Smithy’ and ‘Forge’ and Ironmaster William Turner created a thriving foundries industry in the 1800s. In a nod to this rich history, we’ve exposed and incorporated ironwork when possible, including studding details and forged brackets. To soften this: an entrance with abundant foliage and planting, a rich green paint palette, warm-toned marbles, and soft lighting.

Located on Hammersmith Broadway, a stone’s throw from Broadway Shopping Centre, Hammersmith Tube stations and the Eventim Apollo, our 120-cover restaurant will serve our signature Flat Iron steak and sides, as well as blackboard specials such as Wagyu Steak of the Day, Wagyu sharing sirloin and our new cocktails, including Tony’s Margarita and Sherbet Bellini.

CARCASS CLUB
A chance to taste some exceptional beef, straight from our Covent Garden butchery.

Wednesday 4th September from 6pm | Walk ins only | £20pp for steak, chips and sauce.

We’re thrilled to have sourced a really special Belted Galloway carcass for this event.

Fondly known as ‘Belties’ and originating from the Galloway hills in southwest Scotland, this exceptional breed is slow to mature, giving the meat an exceptional flavour and texture. It is no wonder that the first bull to join the Flat Iron herd was a Beltie known as Mochrum George.

Sadly Mochrum George is long gone, but we’re still enjoying the fruits of his labour. According to our in-house butcher Scott, this is the most marbled beef he’s come across in his 18 years as a butcher.

We can’t wait to share this with you.
