You can book a table  here. We also continue to welcome walk-in guests – if there is a queue you can join it virtually using the WalkUp app or our hosts will take your details and contact you when a table becomes available.

Please note that we can only accept bookings of up to 6 people.

What is your maximum table size?

At the moment we can only accommodate table reservations of up to six guests.

How do I edit my booking?

If you’d like to amend your booking, please click the “Manage Booking” button in the reservation confirmation email you received after you made your booking. If the system does not accept your amendments it unfortunately means we cannot accommodate your request.

How long is my reservation for?

We allow 90 minutes for tables of 2-4 guests, and 2 hours for tables of 5 guests or more.

What happens if I’m running late?

We will hold your table for 10 minutes after your reservation time before we release it.

Can I book outdoor tables?
Some of our restaurants have limited outdoor seating. Unfortunately, these tables are allocated on a first come, first served basis and are not available for reservations.

Do you allow dogs in your restaurants?

Dogs are not permitted inside our restaurants, but are very welcome in our outside dining areas.

What happens if I have not received my booking confirmation?

After you have made your booking, you will receive an email confirmation from Flat Iron. Please check your junk or spam folders if you think you have not received it.

How do I contact you about my booking?

If you have a question about your booking which is not answered here, please contact the restaurant directly using the “Manage Booking” button in the confirmation email.


The safety of our guests and teams is paramount. We have worked hard to make our restaurants safe in line with government guidance. Here are some of the key measures you can expect when you visit us:

– Our teams continue to adhere to strict hygiene standards and have received enhanced hygiene training;

– Hand sanitiser will be available for use both at the entrance and at individual tables;

– Surfaces and key hand contact points are sanitised regularly;

– We do not currently accept cash as payment. We accept most major credit cards, except American Express.

Opening hours

Our opening hours vary slightly from one restaurant to the other. Please check our locations page to find out the opening hours of the restaurant you are planning to visit.

Lost property

If you’ve lost something in one of our restaurants, please email with a description of the item you’ve lost, the date you visited, a contact number and let us know which of our restaurants you were at.


Please let your waiter know if you have any allergies. While all of our teams are fully trained on allergens and can advise you on what dishes are appropriate for your requirements, we cannot guarantee the absence of traces of nuts or other allergens.

Vegetarian Dishes

We are keen to welcome all to Flat Iron. With our limited menu, there isn’t a vast amount for those who don’t eat meat, but you will be very welcome. We would recommend our Roast Aubergine which is available as a main, together with our Creamed Spinach. It’s worth noting both of these contain Parmesan. Our Green Salad and Roast Cauliflower sides are totally vegetarian.

Please be aware that our chips and popcorn are cooked in beef dripping.

Kids menu

We do not have a special kids’ menu, but it’s never too early to encourage a love of steak (maybe worth cutting it into smaller bits for the little ones.)

Halal meat

Our meat is not halal, our suppliers use traditional British butchery methods.

Gift vouchers, cleavers & flasks

Digital gift vouchers are available to buy from our online shop. All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase. They can be used as part or full payment at any Flat Iron restaurant. We cannot give any change, but you can use any balance for future visits, provided that the voucher has not expired.  Digital vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged in part or as whole for cash.

If you’ve ordered a digital gift voucher and it hasn’t come through please check your junk folder.

Our cleavers and whisky flasks will be back in stock in the New Year.
