Manchester
Some things are worth waiting for. We fell in love with a historic building on Deansgate in 2018. It took 6 years to make it our own, but we finally moved in in 2024 and are so excited to be a part of Manchester’s bustling food and drink scene.
You’ll find Flat Iron Manchester at 200 Deansgate, next door to Spinningfields. The Grade II listed building is something special, and we’re so proud of its heritage and architectural features. We stripped this beautiful building back to its Victorian roots, and were able to reveal its original parquet flooring and glazed brick walls.
The menu at Flat Iron Manchester features all our usual suspects, led by the Flat Iron steak and accompanied by beef dripping chips, creamed spinach and truffled macaroni cheese. One our proudest features is Flat Iron’s first custom-built charcoal grill at the back of the restaurant. All of our specials are finished on this grill, from our Wagyu steak of the day, to our Scottish ribeye.
