Our Shoreditch restaurant is home to a spectacular 15-foot wood-ember hearth, where we spit-roast special cuts from our butchery in Covent Garden using a 250-year old reconditioned clockwork mechanism. Building the hearth and the spit-roast was literally a labour of love to try and recreate a lost flavour that we used to be famous for as a nation.
The Carcass Club is a series of ticketed events offering you the opportunity to taste some of the rarest and most exceptional beef straight from our butchery in Covent Garden — a very special take on the classic Flat Iron experience, featuring remarkable beef cooked over our wood-fired spit in our restaurant in Shoreditch.
