Soho
Our Soho restaurant holds a special place in our hearts. This was the first ever Flat Iron restaurant following our pop-up above the Owl and Pussycat in Shoreditch in 2012. When we arrived, we peeled back the layers that had accumulated over decades to reveal the true nature of the building, brought in a few tables and stools, built a simple bar and felt at home straight away. Little has changed since then. The restaurant sits on Beak Street and is set over three floors, with that wonderful rickety feel typical of many original Soho buildings.
Alongside our signature Flat Iron steak, you’ll find all the Flat Iron classics here, such as beef dripping chips and crispy bone marrow garlic mash, as well as rotating blackboard specials, including a Wagyu steak of the day.
