Our 10th London restaurant!
Situated opposite The Young Vic theatre on The Cut, between Waterloo and Southwark stations, this charming three-shop-fronted site draws inspiration from traditional dining rooms and Victorian butcher shops.
Reclaimed oak floors, tiled walls and beautiful vintage pieces are mixed with recognizable Flat Iron features such as oak tables, warm lighting and generous planting. Besides the three main rooms, this restaurant also has a Private Dining Room that can accommodate 10 people and a large outdoor terraace.
Flat Iron Waterloo will offer all Flat Iron classics, from our signature Flat Iron steak to creamed spinach and beef drippings chips, a short but considered wine and beer list, cocktails and, to finish off, our soft serve ice cream.



The Carcass Club – MARCH 18th
A very special take on the classic Flat Iron experience, the Carcass Club is a series of a one-off events that gives you the chance to try some of the rarest, most incredible beef out there.
On March 18th, the Carcass Club is taking place again at our Waterloo restaurant. It is going to be a special evening as we will be serving ex-dairy beef, sourced by our friends at Estate Dairy (who also supply dairy for many of our signature Flat Iron recipes). Popular in Spain, ex-dairy beef offers a uniquely rich eating experience because of their age and long pasture finishing. After a 6-8-year milking career, the animals are put back out to graze for upwards of 4 months, allowing them to become sufficiently fat to create a rich and tender steak. We can’t wait to share this unique beef with you.

- Ex-Estate Dairy steak
- Beef dripping chips
- Special sauce
- A complimentary glass of Flat Iron’s Malbec
- Plus, our signature beef dripping popcorn & Tahitian vanilla soft serve
